Terms & Conditions
1. Client should produce Event Schedule before 15 days of event date.
2. Photographers Lodging is client's responsibility (Hotel)
3. Travelling Charges extra.
4. Pyament Mode: 50% as an advance at the time of booking - next 40% on the event day & 10% on the day of delivery.
5. Booking amount is non-refundable but can be reschedule under special circumstances and on availability.
6. If the event duration exceeds more than 1 day, it is client's responsibility to manage Lodging for the Photographers
7. Additional day will be chargeable.
8. Album & Video will be devlivered with in 3 months of photo selection by customer. Customer should provide the pendrive for photo & video.
9. Customer should pay additional extra amount for extra pages in album.
10. For better Photographs: The stages and other places (where the Bride and the Groom will be sitting) must have adequate lighting and proper decorations.
11. Photographer may use photos in Facebook/Website or other for his promotion/advertisement, 10% extra charge is applicable, if client does not want to use their photos in photographer's promotion.
12. Due to any mechanical error if data has been lost, the authority will not be liable for the unlucky situation.
